Privacy Policy

ClickWise (“ClickWise,” “we,” “us”) is a Google Ads management service available at getclickwise.app and operated by VistaOpps. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at vincent@vistaoppsnet.com.

Information we collect

Account information

Your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider. If you turn on two-step verification, we store the authenticator setup needed to check your codes.

Your business website and campaign content

The website address you enter, the publicly available content of that website that our software reads (page titles, headings, text, contact details and images), and the campaigns, ad text, keywords, sitelinks, images and budget settings we create for you or that you edit.

Google Ads data

If you choose to connect your Google Ads account, you sign in with Google and grant ClickWise access to manage your Google Ads accounts. We receive and store an access credential (a “refresh token”) and the IDs of the Google Ads accounts you can access. When campaign management features are enabled for your account, we also access the campaign settings and performance data of those accounts (such as impressions, clicks, costs and conversions).

Technical information

Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and request times) used to run and secure the service. We do not use advertising trackers on getclickwise.app. Your browser stores your sign-in session locally so you stay logged in.

How we use information

• To provide the service: analyze your website, write and generate your ads and images, set and manage your budget, and prepare reports and suggestions.
• To manage the Google Ads accounts you connect, only as you direct and only for your own campaigns.
• To keep your account secure, including two-step verification and fraud prevention.
• To send you service emails, such as account confirmation, security notices and performance reports.
• To fix problems and improve the reliability of the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising to you or anyone else.

Google user data

• We request access to Google Ads (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) only to create, manage and report on the Google Ads campaigns of the account owner who connected it.
• We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
• We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide or improve the features you use, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
• No one at ClickWise reads your Google Ads data except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• You can remove ClickWise’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We then stop accessing your Google Ads data, and you can ask us to delete the stored credential and data.

Who we share information with

We use trusted providers to run ClickWise. They process data only on our behalf and under their own security commitments:

• Supabase: accounts, sign-in, two-step verification, database and image storage.
• Vercel: hosting of the website and application.
• Anthropic: AI used to write campaign text from your website content.
• Cloudflare: AI used to create ad images.
• Resend: delivery of service emails.
• Google: Google Sign-In and the Google Ads API when you connect your account.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the service.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing vincent@vistaoppsnet.com. We delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations. Disconnecting Google removes our ability to access your Google Ads account going forward.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Two-step verification is required for every account. Access to databases is restricted so each customer can only reach their own records, and Google credentials are readable only by our servers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

You can review and edit your campaign content in the app, disconnect Google at any time, and ask us for a copy of your data or for corrections or deletion. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights; contact us to use them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

ClickWise is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email or in the app before the changes take effect.
